Shipping Information
At Vinyldeals.eu, we are committed to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship all our products within Holland using PostNL to ensure reliable and fast delivery.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 1-3 business days.
- Mailbox Parcel: Smaller items that fit through a mailbox (brievenbuspakje) will be delivered without the need for the recipient to be home.
Shipping Costs:
- Free shipping on orders over €[100].
- Shipping costs for larger or heavier items will be calculated at checkout based on weight and size.
All orders include Track & Trace, allowing you to follow your package from dispatch to delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Refund and returns only in holland.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you can return the product(s) within 14 days of receiving it.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- A copy of your order confirmation or receipt must be included with the return.
How to Return:
- Contact our customer service at [Support@vinyldeals.eu to initiate the return process.
- Ship the item back to us using the shipping label provided, or return it via your own method.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Return Shipping Costs:
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
- no exchanges.
